Let Windows store your clipboard history

posted on 26.1.2023 by Below Surface in "Windows"

When copying text, usually the last clipboard entry will be overwritten, when a new text is copied with ctrl+v or right click/copy. How about a new Windows feature, which stores your clipboard entries? Just hit the windows key + v and click "allow". Now, when pressing the windows key + v,1 you will see a collection of your recent copied texts.

Please note that it does not work for files.

Another big feature is, that the clipboard can be shared between Windows devices. Just navigate to Settings/Clipboard and activate synchronization.
